Music is a universal language that transcends fixed borders and speaks directly to the human heart.

Whether you are picking up an instrument for the very first time or looking to bring your musical experience to the next level, I will help make the journey feel natural and fun. Few things are more rewarding than learning to play a musical instrument.

My goal is to create a safe and playful learning atmosphere where students can grow and explore the rich world of music without fear of ‘mistakes.’ We call it “playing music” for a very good reason.

I have a deep love of teaching and over 25 years of experience working with students of all ages. With certificates in Waldorf Education, Spacial Dynamics, and the O'Connor method, I have developed a unique and adaptive teaching style that engages each student's unique learning styles and gifts.

I offer individual instruction as well as workshops for larger groups and ensembles. I also offer a Youth Fiddle Ensemble in collaboration with the Empire State Youth Orchestra. Programs run twice a year - here’s a peek. Please reach out for more information.

Our son Augustus Loves Celtic fiddle music and after learning with Aldo for two years, it gives him lots of joy to create the music he loves so much. What greater gift is there? Aldo has been a mentor to our son and our entire family.
